承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
