承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
