承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
