承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
