承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
