承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
