承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
