承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
