承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
