承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制(zhi)動系(xi)統+減速器+行程開關四(si)合一一體化設計(ji)方案,結(jie)構(gou)緊湊
