承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
