承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
