承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
