承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
