承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
