承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車(che)承重梁與承重梁選(xuan)用軟性絞接(jie)方(fang)式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
