承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小轎(jiao)車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系統+減(jian)速器+行程開關四(si)合一一體化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車搭(da)建有安全(quan)性(xing)鉤,防(fang)失控(kong)。
4,全部傳(chuan)動(dong)系統(tong)組織選用無連軸器的立(li)即I/O方式,傳(chuan)動(dong)系統(tong)高(gao)效率、裝配線高(gao)精度(du)、免維護(hu)保養。
5,工作(zuo)中級(ji)(ji)別為(wei)A6級(ji)(ji),防水等級(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)絕緣層。防污防潮,提升(sheng)安全級(ji)(ji)別。
