宜昌單梁起重機

承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁機構設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整板開料,精準度高。
4,采用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載(zai)貨量起重機端梁采用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)采(cai)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一次(ci)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)采用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承

2,減(jian)速(su)機采用(yong)(yong)起重機專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)型的H系(xi)列產品硬齒面減(jian)速(su)機,承載力高,使用(yong)(yong)期長。
3,鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)卷筒(tong)采(cai)用厚鋼(gang)板生產(chan)短接軸方式,并對焊接開(kai)展無損檢(jian)測;
