承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
