承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
