承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
