承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化(hua)設(she)計(ji)方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤(gou),防失控(kong)。
4,全部傳(chuan)動系(xi)統(tong)組織選用(yong)無連軸器的立(li)即I/O方式,傳(chuan)動系(xi)統(tong)高效(xiao)率、裝配(pei)線高精(jing)度(du)、免維護保養。
5,工作中級別(bie)(bie)為A6級,防(fang)(fang)水等(deng)級IP55,H級絕緣層。防(fang)(fang)污防(fang)(fang)潮,提升安全級別(bie)(bie)。
