承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小(xiao)轎車承(cheng)重梁(liang)與承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。

3,小轎車搭建(jian)有安全(quan)性鉤,防失控。
4,全部(bu)傳(chuan)動(dong)系統組(zu)織選用無連軸器(qi)的(de)立(li)即I/O方式(shi),傳(chuan)動(dong)系統高效率、裝配線高精度、免維護保養。
5,工作中級(ji)別(bie)為A6級(ji),防(fang)水等級(ji)IP55,H級(ji)絕緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮,提(ti)升安全(quan)級(ji)別(bie)。
