承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
