承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
