承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
