承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
