承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
