承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
