承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
