承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
