承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
