承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
