承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
