承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
