承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
