承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
