承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
