承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
