承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
