承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接(jie)方(fang)式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
