承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
