承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
