承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
