承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
