承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
