承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
