承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)(fang)案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
