承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
