承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車承(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
